Michele Grosvenor
BH Sc. Bachelor of Health Science– Naturopathy; Certified GAPS™ practitioner
I work closely with my clients to get to the root cause of their health issues. I have a
special interest in digestive health which, in naturopathic medicine, is thought to be
the seat of all disease when its function is impaired.
To help my clients create sustained health, I incorporate current scientific research
with traditional naturopathic wisdom often utilising dietary therapy, lifestyle coaching
and targeted herbal and nutritional medicine. This gives you the tools and knowledge
to empower yourself to achieve great health and wellbeing.
Some of the conditions I commonly treat are:
- Digestive complaints – bloating, flatulence, Irritable bowel syndrome, crohn’s, colitis, small intestine bowel overgrowth, indigestion, food intolerances and microbiome assessment
- Children’s health – ADHD, autism, epilepsy, learning difficulties, frequent and chronic infections, fussy eaters, and nutritional assessments
- Nutrigenomic testing
- Autoimmune conditions and unresolved chronic conditions
- GAPS dietary protocol and assessment

Bridget Hall
Adv. Diploma Naturopathy, Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine
Bridget has been in naturopathic clinical practice since her graduation in 2008. She holds an Advanced diploma in Naturopathy, a diploma in Western Herbal medicine and is a qualified chef with over 17 years of hospitality experience.
Bridget is an empathetic ‘health detective’ and takes all aspects of your medical, personal and family history into account during your consultations.
Anxiety, chronic fatigue and hormone imbalances are common issues that Bridget deals with. Among other functional tests, Bridget often uses hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) as a baseline to assess overall body health. Testing biochemistry yields much information about adrenal, thyroid, blood sugar, bone, hormone, gut, liver and kidney health.
A healthy diet is the cornerstone of excellent health and with a chef on board as your naturopath you will find yourself treated to occasional ‘chef hacks’ and recipes.
